The workers are nice and friendly. The showers are nice but the edging around the showers are not finished . I m being told by Jason the project manager that he will bring out a few border options, but what happened is he sends first someone that wants me to sign off in the work. The next conversation he sends out the original crew that put silicone around the edging of the showers. Jason is not there. No samples. I show workers a strip of wood trim i had left over from a craft project. Told by workers that I can buy that type of border and silicone it on. I have to do this not them. What a rip off. I paid a serious amount of money and I have to finish the edging myself. Beware off wht you are told the contract says that regardless what you are told unless it is in writing you cannot count on . Otherwise they can lie to you and they lied to us starting with the sales pitch.

The installers were great! They kept us informed of arrival times, any problems that arose and what they would do to fix it and did exactly what they promised! I hear so many people complain about companies and I was so glad we hired who we had.

They did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they would do it. Through no fault of theirs, I am unhappy I still have to strip the wallpaper, paint the bathroom and match the counter. (These tasks were never to be undertaken by the contractor.) Next time, I'll go with a contractor who can do it all.

One of their consultant provided an estimate with just the total. That did not include much of breakdown. When I requested the breakdown and he shrugged off.Since the shower replacement was due to water damage our insurance company was involved. When they reviewed the estimate they were totally surprised by the quote provided as it was double the price.

I do not recommend this type of company.The work is purely cosmetic. If your existing infrastructure lacks thermal insulation or waterproofing, it will remain that way. While you’ll get a nice appearance and quality materials, your new shower will rely entirely on the structure of the old one.Do not expect to add any services. What the salesperson tells or promises you will not be honored and it will not in their standard contract. We were given a list of services by the salesperson by email, but they were not performed because they were not included in the contract.Another issue: if you decide to replace the shower base in a few years, you’ll have a problem. The panels cover the edges of the base, making it impossible to replace without redoing the entire shower.Their main selling point is the "lifetime warranty," but it only applies if the installation company is still in business. And if you experience a leak, they will replace the faulty component, but it’s up to you to deal with your insurance for any resulting damage.

Since November 4th these guys gut my bathroom, left the plumbing open and my basement got flooded. They did come back and put a cap on it to stop the leak. But that's all they did. Today is November 16th. I still don't have a shower. This realy sucks because I was told only 1 or 2 day job to finish, and they know how important this was to finish faster because my wife is dealing with cancer. This realy sucks so bad

Awesome experience! From Karen the Senior Design Consulant, to the shower installers, plumber and calls from Pacidic Bath to arrange my install, things went more than I expected. The crew was extremely professional and on time. You don't find many companies these days who you can trust to do what they promise. This one checked all the boxes for me. Tha k you.

I thought the workmanship was great, although the job took several days more than initially promised, and required two inspections. I was quite happy with the end result though.

Ours was a tricky installation, replacing a fiberglass shower/tub with a Kohler shower with sliding glass doors. The installers had cramped quarters to bring in and pivot the shower walls through the existing pocket door. James and Jeremiah managed the challenge brilliantly. Jason, their manager, encouraged the problem-solving that occurred and came back a week later to cut a baseboard tile to replace one that had to be removed during demo to accommodate the depth of the new shower tray.

Many may second guess a major investment to their home. However, we are so happy to have chosen Pacific Bath-Seattle from our in-home consultant -- to removal of our shower and replacement with a walk in tub. From the demo to installation, plumber, and electricians, everything was seamless. Better than expected--and done in 1-1/2 days. Not to mention the extra features of the Kohler product compared to others.

I don’t believe giving less than 5 stars for a couple little issues that can be fixed or addressed. The demo was completed prior to our leave for vacay. The rest was completed while we were gone. Our adult children were here to supervise. The 2 minor issues, one pictured, were the damage to the wall, not fixed to my satisfaction if at all, and we thought one handle should be on the inside and we would have soft closing doors as told to us in the sales pitch. The amount of money we spent to get this completed, there should be absolutely no issues, I would love if someone were to reach out to me to address these issues and get them fixed. We love our new walk in shower, had one before, but it was contractor grade work and the insert was pulling away from the Sheetrock, the house is only 10 years old, and the base was very very squeaky. Plus, the drain was leaking which we had temporarily fixed in may right before we left for Hawaii. This new shower is so much more spacious and gives us the ability to organize the shower stuff more efficiently. This is the Kohler Lux Stone with the insert and handle. I wish there was more pressure from the two shower heads, but that may be the type of heads they provide. The glass on the doors are great for staying clean. We will be getting a shower squeegee to help keep the doors dryer to reduce on the shower scum, However, we were told that there should be much less scum build up do to the treated glass, we shall see and report back. Overall we had a great experience with Pacific Bath of Seattle and would recommend them to our friends and family. The timeliness of the project went faster then expected but the completion had a slight hiccup, but we ended up having a completed shower we could used once we got home from vacay.

Pacific Bath showed up around 9:00am on a Thursday to install our Kohler Walk-In shower, and were ready to go to work. The first thing they did was to lay down runners so that our floor would stay clean. That's always nice. They demoed the old bath/shower and started prepping the walls when the plumber showed up. Unfortunately, there was piping in the walls in one location that we wanted some shelves, but after talking with me, we decided on relocating the shelves and the plumbing was done. The walls were finished after that, and it started to look like a real shower. The two installers, Roni and Nick, left around 5:00pm. I was amazed how much they got done, and how nice it looked already. The next day they guys showed up around 9:30am and had the fixtures and doors and tested everything by about 2:00pm. The shower looks fantastic. I have to pass along my appreciation of how polite and friendly both Roni and Nick were. I'm one of those people that likes to watch and ask too many questions, but that never seemed to bother them, and they always answered everything to my satisfaction. I've received a couple of calls from Pacific Bath to make sure we were happy and answer any questions or discuss any concerns we may have. Overall, we are very happy with the shower and the service from Pacific Bath. We would definitely recommend them should you ever want a beautiful Kohler shower.

Materials are top of the line from Kohler. Don managed a team and made sure things were done right. He had the right suggestions where things should go. My job was more difficult as a wall had to come out.

I am modifying/upgrading my original rating. I maintain that the sales & instillation team were great. We did have some difficulties/delays in getting post installation assistance—which was frustrating. However, once we conveyed our frustration to the management/owner. He called within 24 hours and came out himself with a member of his team to fix the problem. He didn’t make any excuses about what happened and admitted that the company was working out some communication problems that impacted our experience. He did his best to apologize and fix the issue in a timely manner. I feel like this showed a lot of integrity.

I am overall pleased with the quality and workmanship of my new walk-in shower. My experience could have been better if two installers were doing the work rather than one. The job took longer and the installer worked far too hard to get the it done on his own. I felt compelled to help him and ended up cleaning the shower walls and glass to my satisfaction after the installation was complete. I also repaired minor wall dings that probably could have been avoided if the installer had help moving the large panels up flights of stairs into the upstairs bathroom.

I had two bathrooms done. The first one went very smooth, done on time an good job by Chris and Ty and the plumber Jim all worked together. The second was a different Chris and Ty were and did the work need before the plumber can do his. The plumber named Joe didn't show up until 2 hours later. He came in did the job couldn't get water to come out the faucet and told the guys to change regulator, and then left. Discuss with crew and we were going to wait until Monday because I would not allow them to cut my ceiling. They bought Jim In on Monday an the issue was found in about a half hour, the guy had put i a part upside. he fixed it and the bathroom was finished looks. My advice to anyone who uses them make sure you don't get Joe as your plumber asked for anyone else, If it had been Jim on both jobs it would have been 5 stars.

We recently purchased a walk in tub. Two days was all it took to take out the old and put in the new. Workers were amazing They kept the room tidy and cleaned up both days. They answered every question we had and showed us how to use it. Very happy customer here.

I waited a while to give a review. We like Kohler and decided to remodel one of our bathrooms .The process was okay, usual sales pitch of " agree now and get a discount " and the overall job was descent. Guys were on time. But upon installation, some parts were scratched. They came out the second time and one of the parts was incorrect. Came out the 3rd time, part was still wrong.Finally was told last week, part was in and scheduled for today the 4th time. Installer called today and said wrong parts again. SMH. Now I'm concerned if somethin goes wrong and what the response time would be?When all these things were happening, we would email the manager and get no responses. Finally called and left voicemails to get 1 response saying he never got to the other messages. So I am not bothering to waste my time.Would not recommend. Try another company that is more responsive and care about your time as a customer.

Pacific Bath redid our outdated Master shower and bathtub. The product is great and am very happy with my new bathroom but what really impressed me is their installation team. James and Jeremiah were very communicative, punctual and professional. They were presented with a few unexpected curve balls but they gave them thoughtful consideration and their solutions were perfect.

We had our out dated shower done by Pacific Bath. The installer were very professional. It on took 2 days to have our beautiful shower installed. On day one, they arrived on time and began,they laid out drop cloth thru out the area of work which they were traveling , they also wore booties..the installer was very professional. They removed the old shower and did all the prep work and installation for the new shower. They completed day one and did a amazing clean up. On two day they arrived on time (0730am) . Again drop cloth was placed in the area of traveling and again they wore booties . They were so quiet, I forgot they were in the house. After about 5 hrs, OMG! Our NEW SHOWER WAS COMPLETED. MY WIFE AND I WAS SO very pleased, seeing our new shower and how professional of their work,we both were so happy that we shedded tears of joy. Pacific Bath we would highly recommend to all our friends and relatives who would need a shower done. You would also be very happy as we are and the price was amazing. As usual project never go well with me. I wanted a new shower installed and the old tub taken out. The crew showed up on time and went right to work tearing out the old cast iron tub. After the tub was removed the foreman showed me where the floor was completely rotted out. It was bad enough to call a halt to the job. and That I would need to contact a contractor to replace the floor. Fortunately I was able to contact a local company that could repair it the next day. I contacted Jason and he said he could have his crew return the following Wednesday. The crew again showed up on time and said they wouldn't leave until the job was completed. Sales Rep & Install crew were top notch, honest, clear, efficientAmerican owned company: Product manufactured in Wis in a Union Shop, containing 80% recycled materials -I looked at competitors and product materials for a bath to shower install and other were just no match for durability, service, etc of Kohler product. I contacted through COSTCO and took advantage of 0% financing and member benefits.

The entire experience from the moment I submitted my online request for a consultation to the very end when the team contacted me for their feedback after the completion of the project was professional, prompt, and impeccable. Kyle was the consultant who came to our home and was incredibly patient with us and assisted us along the way in making informed decisions. Then, our contacts were John Michael and Jason, who were both very great in keeping the communication line open to keep us constantly updated on the project. The main installer that came was Jerry (not positive on spelling) and his team member. Both were incredibly prompt and professional at all times. Jerry went above and beyond by identifying a defect in one of the products and then offered to come back on a Sunday to complete the project with a defect-free product. We are so extremely grateful to Jerry for being so honest and dedicated to his job and his company by representing them excellently. Yes, the cost may be more than the competitors out there, but the question becomes do you want your bathroom space done right the first time with integrity and wonderful products.

Communication was excellent and what to expect on the installation of our beautiful Lux Stone walk in Shower. Installers were the best, professional, organized, efficient and left everything tidy. New shower is a pleasure to use with grab bars and plenty of water pressure with new plumbing and fixtures. Nice large shower head. Glass doors are both sturdy & beautiful. We are exceptionally pleased with the customer service, product quality and installation expertise of the Pacific Bath Kohler team. We purchased a Kohler LuxStone walk-in shower and the Pacific Bath installation team did a superb job in removing our existing bathtub/shower and installing our new beautiful walk-in Kohler unit. They worked through complexities of plumbing with a shared wall between our washing machine and our new shower and exhibited the highest degree of professional expertise and friendly communication. One of the best experiences we’ve had in our home remodel efforts. Simply superb.

Blindsided by the professional manner and kindness Kyle and his equally professional assistant completed a large bathroom shower remodel project for my mom today. This project was a few years of (Yes, No’s and What If’s) but today Kyle and his thoughtful assistant at Pacific Bath Company did FANTASTIC. Was off work for 3 days but was completed with professionalism and kindness. Pacific Bath sent Laura Rene to assess my shower and give me an estimate. She was very impressive in her knowledge of the product, and how the product and her company was different than other options for shower replacement.She was professional as well as very personable at the same time. An excellent representative of the company. I will certainly have them do the shower replacement at the right time. The last time I replaced a shower was about 20+ years ago. The price has considerably increased since then. It means i will have to save longer on a fixed income to afford the replacement. The removal of the old bathtub and separate shower cubicle were completed flawlessly, and the subsequent installation of a new walk-in shower was likewise completed to perfection. The installation team of Nabeel, Hector & the plumber did exactly what they were directed to do, in a timely, efficient and professional manner. They arrived one day earlier than we had expected, but this proved to be a boon, as the weather remained favorable, and did not entail undue messy conditions. Well done!

I recently retired after 30-years of teaching math and gifted myself a new Pacific Bath walk-in shower - eliminating the safety hazards of a 1974 tub. My expectations were high, but Pacific Bath did not disappoint. Installation teams like Nabeel and Hector & Joel and Noah who arrived on time, were well trained and completed their work with a professional finish. Nabeel and Hector additionally crafted a 6-foot window kit with amazing results and personalized my accessories to accommodate shower height and seat placement. The project outcome was a beautiful walk-in shower that the estimate had promised, with no surprise ad-ons or additional costs. The quick phone and email responses from John Michael were very much appreciated as were the cooperative efforts extended to the hard working crew from DHC Asbestos Removal Company who were willing to complete the small pre-shower drywall removal. Pacific Bath installed by new LuxStone shower in January, so I thought that I would wait a few months before writing a review, in order to assess whether any problems crept up, like leaks, cosmetics, etc. It is now mid-March. I'll divide my review into two areas: the product itself, and Pacific Bath's installation/workmanship.The Product: I really love the Kohler LuxStone for several reasons: (1) ease of cleaning (no grout cleaning issues as with tile); (2) the continuous pattern of the faux-stone that is not interrupted by grout lines or mismatched tiles (I should add that I am a professional geologist, and while the pattern that I chose is supposed to resemble real rock, it misses the boat in several aspects. However, I really like it nonetheless!); (3) the sliding glass doors have a really nice look to them (I prefer a clean line and minimalist look, and this meets my expectations); (4) the Kohler shower heads put out a nice stream of water and have a nice variety of spray settings; and (5) the product can be installed in a very short period of time and with less demolition and re-framing than tile options. My only real negative would be the limited choice in LuxStone styles. The choice is very limited in comparison to conventional tile. Very. Having said that, I found a pattern that I liked very much, but there was only one. Some people may not be as lucky as I was.Installation/Workmanship: Pacific Bath was easy to work with, very efficient in the installation, and did quality workmanship. What I liked: (1) Scheduling was easy, in part because the job only takes a day or two, and so I could easily schedule the work a few weeks out, rather than months out; (2) Pacific Bath actually listened to me. Many, if not most, of the other contractors and outfits I got bids from kept trying to tell me what I should do, rather than listen to what I wanted. Pacific listened to me; (3) Pacific did the complete demolition and plumbing prep in one day, and scheduled for county inspection later that day. Everything passed preliminary inspection without a problem; (4) prep for demolition didn’t require me to do a lot of work, other than take stuff off the bathroom vanity and a few other items. It took me less than 20 minutes to prep; (5) Pacific put down tarps, etc. and did an excellent job minimizing dust and stuff, and what was generated was nicely cleaned up; (6) when a problem with the shower pan width was encountered, they solved it quickly, getting a new shower pan delivered and modifying some other aspects of the installation, while still completing the job on the second day. Even though the ended up working later than they probably intended, they stayed on the job until it was done, which was much appreciated!; (7) Two months after installation, there have been no leaks or any other problems; and (8) the cosmetic touch-up work (some minor drywalling, etc.) was done well and professionally. Negatives: not much. It does seem to me that they could have figured out that the pan would need to be 2” less wide when the original measurements were made, and also the information given to the crew stated that the surface below the shower was some sort of crawl space or raised wooden floor, rather than the concrete slab. This required the crew to stop work, rent a jackhammer, and rip up and redo the concrete to move the drain. Again, no real delays or problems were caused by this, but there was a breakdown between Pacific’s person who made the measurements and what the crew received in prep for the job.Overall, I am pleased and would definitely recommend LuxStone and Pacific Bath.

I had a new Kohler shower installed. The 2 young men who did the work were courteous and personable. They did outstanding work and cleaned up well after themselves. The shower is absolutely gorgeous and a great improvement over my previous bathing experience.

Nabeel and his coworker did an awesome job installing our new walk in tub, from tearing out the old tub to installing the new one. Put down tarps to make sure to protect our floors, cleaned up as they worked and took the time to answer any of my questions. The whole team that worked on our install were professional, friendly, punctual and efficient. I appreciated that Nabeel always called 30 minutes before arriving to give us a heads up. Overall awesome team to work with and I love my new bath!

I had a person by the name of Luther Fedora come out to give me an estimate for a shower. After I received the estimate, I informed him that I will not be using their services at the time.Luther then proceeds to ask me question after question, hoping that I will change my mind. I ask him nicely (twice) to leave my house, to which he responds " But you invited me here". Is Luther a vampire??At this point I'm pissed he still hasn't started to pack up his belongings and I start yelling at him to get out of my house. I even threaten to call the cops. Luther digs in like a tick and once again proclaims "YOU INVITED ME HERE!".Two other people in the house tell him to leave and threaten to call the police. He made the same comment to both of them "You invited me here!!!". Finally Luther decided to pack up his things and leave...It should NOT take 3 different people telling you to leave the house and threatening to call the cops before you finally leave. If their sales people are this pushy and stubborn, I can only imagine what it would be like to actually do business with them.If you love high pressure sales pitches and a sales man that is harder to get rid of than a tick, call this company. If not, I advise you to run from this company and never look back.

The purchase and installation of my walk-in bath was seamless - from the sales rep's (Kyle Tissue) visit to my house through the installation. The results were perfect. Everyone was on time. The sales rep was thorough, informed and not pushy. The installation took two days and the installers (Scott and Hatem) were polite, easy to work with and efficient. They explained everything to me and left my home in perfect condition after using my garage to stage their work. I would definitely recommend Pacific Bath to anyone wanting a hassle-free bath installation. I am completely satisfied, and my husband, who was away when I had the bath installed, was also impressed by the final result (and he can be picky!).

I had a bath tub to shower conversion done. The result is beautiful. I love the clear glass "barn doors" and the lux stone. It has made my bathroom look much brighter with the stone. The built in shelves are great and I love that they are adjustable. The team was careful and professional and done on time. Care was taken to make sure everything was done correctly. I am enjoying the new shower.

We love our new shower installed by Scott at Pacific Bath. This was not a simple one day project as the shower was enlarged by taking space from a linen closet that was deeper than necessary. The result was amazing and no one would ever know the closet had changed.We hired another brand name company who canceled our project without notice because “their bid was too low” after we waited three months for the installation.Pacific Bath came to our rescue and everyone was professional from Lisa our designer to Scott the installer and everyone in between. Scott and his assistant were on time every day. They communicated every step of the way and finished in the time estimated. Scott is a very skilled contractor and the workmanship is impressive. We are very happy with our new shower.

The installer incorrectly measured and left an indelible mark on the wall that required repainting. Days after the installation a crack was noticed that showed that caulking was used in an attempt to cover it up. I've agreed to several follow up appointments for repair only to have Jason Owens provide constant excuses why they couldn't come out. This company lacks in communication skills. I encourage you to look elsewhere. We will not recommend them to anyone.As of 08.21.2023, we are still waiting for someone to take responsibility for the cost of the paint needed after the mess made by the installer and then the repair work that was done. I honestly don't know how Kohler can continue using Pacific Bath in Kent, Washington as one of its contractors. These guys have no concept of what good customer communications are. Look elsewhere for any shower installation. We feel like this was a huge waste of nearly $17K. Shame on us for not looking for a more local contractor. These guys are more concerned about doing the job quickly and forgetting all about quality. I repeat...look elsewhere.

Pacific Bath did a poor job on our custom walk-in shower project. Sales Rep L was great. Her in-home presentation was so good that I purchased the installation on the spot. She said the lead time was 2-3 weeks. When the installer showed up (2 hours later than I expected) He introduced himself as J and said, "we are going to have fun". After spending over $18,000 I didn't want fun, I wanted professionalism from the installer and a quality installation.I didn't get ether one of those. J was passive aggressive towards me and even my 89 year old Mother. The shower pan was not centered on the drain, The walls were not custom fit to my space and the shower door hanging rail was not level and striped residue was left on the walls. When this poor installation was done, J said his manager would be contacting me and asked for a 5 star review because "I think I deserve it".No contact from the Manager. From this point forward I initiated all contact. The Manager J came out to inspect at my request. He said we can tear it out and start over. Nope not doing that. He mentioned he had never installed a shower himself. He suggested compensation and would ask his Boss. Weeks went by without an answer. He finally texted me that my compensation would be ZERO. No fix and no Customer Satisfaction. The sad part is that normally you share and maybe brag a little about a new upgrade, I've done none of that. I will live with this shower, But not very happily. Before we even got an answer on this we had Luxury Bath install a shower in our Master Bath. They were great and we couldn't be happier. Put Pacific Bath on your DO NOT USE list and use Luxury Bath at 15% less.

I had them put in a walk-in shower. They took out my old bathtub and took the walls down to the studs and opened it up and put in high quality products that are not flimsy. It's a joy to take showers in it. The men Chris and his helper were excellent, professional, courteous, on time, finished the project as scheduled, and cleaned the entire bathroom spotless. It's well worth the cost. I'll definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work. You get a AAA+ rating from me.
